Overview

The Dunes is a residential new-build project comprising two individually designed four-bedroom detached homes at 17 Southbourne Coast Road, Bournemouth.

Farcroft Construction is responsible for delivering the development from groundworks and structural construction through to internal fit-out, external finishes and final completion.

Each property provides approximately 2,100 sq ft of accommodation, with contemporary layouts incorporating generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces, additional snug areas, four bedrooms and a combination of en-suite bathrooms and dressing areas.

The project requires close coordination between the architectural design, structural works, building services and bespoke internal finishes, with particular attention being given to construction quality, detailing and material selection throughout the build.

Construction commenced in January 2026, with completion scheduled for November 2026.
