Overview

Golf Links Walk is a residential construction project located on Ringwood Road in Ferndown, Dorset. The development comprises nine detached houses arranged within a private backland site, following the demolition of the existing residential buildings.

Farcroft Construction was appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the full construction of the scheme, including structural works, building envelope construction, mechanical and electrical installations, internal fit-out and external works.

The development has been designed as a private residential enclave, with the homes arranged around a shared access road. Each property features contemporary open-plan layouts, large glazed openings, high-quality internal finishes and energy-efficient building systems.

Construction is currently progressing across the development, with the scheme being delivered through a coordinated programme of structural works, internal fit-out, services installation, landscaping and final external works.

Golf Links Walk has been recognised at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2026–2027, winning three awards for the development:

The awards recognise the combined work involved in the design, construction, presentation and delivery of the development.
